Mr A-thid Teetuan is now suffering from cancer -- he is one of the 18 plaintiffs (warehouse workers). He had worked for Goodyear for 20 years in the warehouse section...now 48 years old and just recently discovered he has cancer. Since he had to stop working from April this year, the company also stopped paying him. He could still claim for the cost of hospital visits but the money usually comes very late. His last wage earned on 25^th April was 228 baht per day (5.7 usd)...now no more...and his wife sells some food but on and off since she has to take care of him and bring him to hospital. They have two kids in school, 7 and 15 years old... 

 

Another plaintiff has died early this year from a heart disease...
